Sublimation

a printing technology dedicated, among others, to marking polyester clothing, including sports clothing, also popular in decorating mugs.
The first stage of production is digital printing on special paper with the use of a modern printer, ie Epson Surecolour SC-F100.
The next step is to transfer the printed graphics to the target polyester surface. This is done with the use of special transfer presses which, using high temperature, activate the dyes and permanently bind them to the fabric.

Limitations
Sublimation can only be done by applying darker colors to lighter fabrics.

Special remarks on the sublimation method:
Due to the printing process, it is natural for this method to create white marks in the places where folds appear, especially in the area where the sleeves are sewn (this applies to overprinting on the finished garment).
Although, due to the limitations of the absorbency of the material, it is almost impossible to achieve black in full saturation, the technique and dyes we use allow us to achieve amazing effects and saturation of black!

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR GRAPHIC FILES

The quality of the print is directly related to the quality of the graphic design or photo provided by the client, so in order to obtain the best quality clothing, please provide high resolution graphics or images. Low resolution images and photos can cause poor quality prints or blurry prints. We recommend that graphics and images be at least 300 DPI.
